High performance PMMA
Description
Dentalos Plus® is an industrially polymerized, thermoplastic PMMA made from highly developed copolymer carbon chains.
Dentalos Plus® is suitable for the fabrication of, among others, crowns and bridges, as well as inlays and onlays, also with a permanent character.
Dentalos Plus® Blanks are available in the following designs: Dentalos Plus® Multicolor and Dentalos Plus® Mono.
The blanks made of high-performance PMMA are characterized by
– highest body compatibility, suitable for allergy sufferers
– low post-shrinkage (< 0.4%) resulting in high accuracy of fit
– very good fracture and flexural strength
– color stable and high translucency
– veneerable
– denser material structure than chemoplastic dentures, thus resistant to deposits and easier to clean

Things to know
Repairs, extensions, individual characterization and painting very feasible.
Excellent in crown and bridge technique for a wearing time between 6-8 years.
For heavy gnashers, we recommend a deep-drawing splint for the night as abrasion protection.
Avoid contact with high-percentage alcohols (60-90%) for more than 3 minutes, otherwise risk of cracking.
