Polyan Plus® Blanks
High performance PMMA
Description
Polyan Plus® is used for the fabrication of complete dentures, implant-supported dentures, removable partial dentures and splints.
Polyan Plus® is an industrially polymerized, thermoplastic PMMA made from highly developed copolymeric carbon chains.
NOTE: High-percentage alcohol, acetone and benzene attack PMMA and lead to the formation of crackles, among other things.
Field of application
- Splints
- Partial dentures
- Complete dentures
Advantages
- highest body compatibility, suitable for allergy sufferers
- low post-shrinkage (< 0.4%) thus high fitting accuracy
- very good breaking and bending strength
- color stable and high translucency
- veneerable
- denser material structure than chemoplastic dentures, thus resistant to deposits and easier to clean
