Our high-performance polymers

Our product range at a glance

Eldy Plus®

High performance polymer of the PET group

for: Flexible splints, long-term temporaries

Advantages: High fracture resistance, elastic material.

Interesting facts: High resistance in terms of fracture stability. Best polishability, high plaque resistance and best bonding ability to conventional polymers. Improper handling can destroy the material. Do not use denture finisher sprays or solutions.

Dentalos Plus®

High performance PMMA

for: Crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays.

Advantages: Abrasion resistant, highly fracture resistant, plaque resistant, biocompatible, high color fidelity and translucency, high flexural strength.

Worth knowing:repairs, extensions, individual design possible

Flexiplast Plus®

High performance polymer of the nylon group

for: Complete/partial dentures

Advantages: Abrasion resistant, highly fracture resistant, biocompatible, high economy, high flexural strength, color fidelity and translucency.

Points to know: High plaque susceptibility and insufficient chemical bonding affect the material. Use of Polyflex Plus recommended

Flexistrong Plus®

High performance polymer of the PVDF group

for: Splints, model casting, telescopic dentures, implant technology.

Advantages: Extremely fracture resistant, plaque resistant, high translucency, veneerable, high chemical bond.

Interesting facts: Plaque resistance depends on patient care

Peek Blanks

High performance polymer

for: Crowns and bridges, model casting/clasp technique, splint technique, framework technique.

Advantages: High fracture stability, esthetic limitation Advantages: Abrasion resistant, high fracture resistance, high flexural strength, plaque resistant, biocompatible, high translucency, high cost effectiveness.

Points to know: lack of translucency restricts use. Sandwich technique for high fracture stability and esthetics.

Polyan Plus®

High performance PMMA

for: Complete dentures, implant-supported dentures, partial dentures, splints.

Advantages: Abrasion resistant, highly fracture resistant, plaque resistant, biocompatible, color fidelity and translucency, high economy, high flexural strength.

Points of interest: Avoid contact with high-proof alcohols to prevent cracking. Relinings, repairs and thermoplastic repairs possible.
